What is your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:

- In its original packaging
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.

Promotional Bundles & Free Gifts: Items from ongoing special promotions, bundle deals, or free gifts are eligible for exchange only. No refunds are applicable on these items.

Custom Orders: All custom items and special orders are handmade specifically for you, meaning no refunds or standard exchanges are allowed. Please double-check your sizing before ordering (if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up).
- Custom Order Defect Policy: If you place a custom order, you must report any issues related to measurements or factory defects within 7 Days of receiving the product. After 7 days, we are unable to accept any claims, and the item will not be rebuilt or altered by the factory.
How do I initiate / start a return or exchange?
To make the process as seamless as possible, we use an Auto Return Portal. You can read the full process for returns and exchanges in our Step-by-Step Guide, and easily process your request online within 30 days of receiving your item by visiting our LEATHERICK RETURNS / EXCHANGE CENTER.
Once your return/exchange is submitted and accepted, you will receive a return address and further instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges: For standard items, you can request an exchange through the Returns Center. Please note that we will not ship the new exchange item until we receive the returned product.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (or process through the portal) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
- Order Address Modifications: If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately. If a shipping label has already been created, we are unable to make changes to the address. Once the label is generated, the package may have already been handed over to the courier.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Regular Returns & Exchanges: For a regular return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping postage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Leatherick will only provide a standard return shipping cost in the case of product damage or if you received an incorrect item.

International Shipping: Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of your region and duties imposed by other countries, international customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless Leatherick shipped an incorrect or defective item.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take an additional 2 to 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
