Order Processing & Dispatch
- Standard Processing: Once we have received confirmation of your payment, it typically takes us 24 to 48 hours to pack and dispatch your order.
- Daily Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and sent out the following business day.
- Weekend Orders: For orders placed during the weekend, please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed for shipping.

Each custom, bespoke, or preorder item is crafted with care to ensure the highest quality before it reaches you.

Shipping Destinations: We ship bespoke/custom items to all countries listed above, plus Canada. If customers from outside these countries wish to order a custom product, please contact our customer support team through the Live Chat channel. We will generate the ticket and our support member will generate the provide the require information.

Fulfilment Location: These specialized orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing unit in Asia.

Note: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeline, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for the courier to complete the delivery. Customs and Duties
International orders are subject to the customs fees, import taxes, and duties of the destination country. Any extra custom duty fees imposed by your country of residence are the responsibility of the buyer.
Courier Responsibility & Tracking
Your products are shipped through trusted third-party couriers.

Liability: We entrust these third-party services to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the courier to deliver your package safely.
- Shipment Tracking: You won’t need to worry about your package; we provide shipment tracking so you can easily monitor its progress.
Order Modifications & Address Changes

Same-Day Changes: If you need to modify your order, we may be able to make necessary changes if you contact us on the same day the order was placed. Please reach out to our customer service team immediately with the details of your requested changes. Note that some changes may not be possible depending on the processing status of your order.
- Tracking Generated Restriction: If the tracking number and shipping label have already been generated, we will not be able to make any changes to the order or shipping address. Once the label is created, the product may have already been picked up by the courier.
