How to Start a Return or Exchange Request

If you need to return or exchange an item, you can easily generate a request through our dedicated Returns Portal.

Please follow the instructions below based on whether you are returning / Exchange an item you purchased or an item you received as a gift.

Part 1: Standard Returns & Exchanges (For items you purchased)

Step 1: Log Into the Portal

  • Open the Returns Portal.
    Enter your Order Number and the Email Address associated with the order.
    Click the Start Return / Exchange button.

Step 2: Select Your Items

  • You will see a list of items from your order. Select the specific product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
    Click Next.

Step 3: Tell Us the Reason

  • Choose the most accurate reason for your return or exchange from the dropdown menu.
  • Note: Depending on the reason selected, you may be required to leave a brief comment or upload photos of the item.
  • Review your selection and click Next.

Step 4: Choose Your Resolution

You will be presented with three options to resolve your request:

Option A: Exchange for the same item

  • Click Select Options.
  • A popup will appear. Choose your preferred replacement variant (such as a different size or color).
  • Add any specific instructions in the "Exchange notes" box, then click Select.
  • Review your new item details and click Next.

Option B: Refund to store credit

  • Select this option to receive your refund as store credit for future purchases. Click Next

Option C: Refund to original payment method

  • Select this option to have the funds returned to the card or account used for the original purchase. Click Next

Step 5: Choose a Return Shipping Method

  • Ship with a return label: We will provide you with an unpaid return shipping label and our return address instructions after your request is approved. You can print this and attach it to your package.

Step 6: Review and Submit

  • Review the final summary of your return or exchange request.
    If everything looks correct, click Submit. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is generated.

Part 2: Returning a Gift

If you received one of our items as a gift and need to return or exchange it, follow these steps:

Step 1: Start the Gift Return

  • Open the Returns Portal.
    Click the Returning a Gift? link located below the main login button.

Step 2: Enter Order Details

  • Locate the packing slip that came with your gift.
  • Enter the Order Number and the original purchaser's Email.
  • Click Start gift return.
    (If you do not have the order information, click "Don't have your order information?" to fill out a manual form to request a return for store credit).

Step 3: Provide Your Contact Information

  • Enter your own email address, name, and shipping address so we can contact you and send any replacement items directly to you.
  • Click Next.

Step 4: Complete the Request

  • From here, the process is exactly the same as a standard return. Simply follow Steps 2 through 6 in the section above to select your item, choose a resolution, and submit your request.
