Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our leather products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.
Taxes & Duties: For international orders (including USA and Australia), you—the customer—are the "importer of record" and are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country.
UK/EU VAT: Where applicable, prices shown will include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated during checkout.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOM LEATHER VESTS AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Production & Lead Times: Custom vests are handcrafted to your specific requirements. Production times are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and seasonal demand.

Design & Media Usage: Leatherick reserves the right to use photographs or videos of your custom vest (including finished products and "behind-the-scenes" production footage) for marketing, social media, and website display purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before production begins.

Accuracy of Specifications: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, patches, and design details. Leatherick is not liable for fitment issues or design errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds: Once production on a custom vest has started, the order cannot be canceled. Because these items are tailored to your unique specifications, custom vests are non-refundable and exempt from our standard 30-day return policy,

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To fulfill your order, we share your Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number with our third-party courier partners. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Leatherick is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local courier issues.

SECTION 9 - REFUNDS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
UK/EU: You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our PRIVACY POLICY. This includes our practices regarding the sharing of data with courier services for order fulfillment.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leatherick from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Disputes: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights if you reside in the EU or Australia.
