Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically to your exact requests, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Can I change or cancel my custom order?
You can cancel or modify a custom order within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, production begins and changes can no longer be made.
How do I take my measurements for a custom leather jacket or waistcoat?
You will need a soft measuring tape and ideally a second person to help you get the most accurate chest, waist, and back length measurements.
What if my custom leather item doesn't fit when it arrives?
If the finished garment does not match the exact measurements you provided, we will alter or remake it at no cost to you. If the garment matches your provided measurements but you measured incorrectly, we offer an alteration service for a nominal fee.
Can I choose the type of leather and color? Design & Customization Options
Absolutely. You can select from various grades of cowhide, sheepskin, or suede in a wide range of colors.
Can I customize the hardware and inner lining?
Yes, every detail is up to you. You can choose your preferred zipper finishes (e.g., antique brass, silver, gunmetal), snap buttons for waistcoats, and select from our range of breathable silk, cotton, or quilted inner linings.
Can I add my own logo, patches, or embroidery to a custom Item?
Yes, we offer custom embossing, embroidery, and patch sewing. You can upload your high-resolution artwork or logo during the design process, and our team will provide a quote based on the complexity.
Can you replicate a leather jacket or waistcoat I saw in a movie or photo?
Yes, our artisans can create a bespoke piece inspired by your reference photos. Just email our design team clear images showing the front, back, and details, and we will confirm if we can draft a pattern for it.
How long does a custom leather jacket or waistcoat take to make?
Crafting a bespoke leather garment requires precision cutting and stitching. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the production process, in addition to standard shipping times.
Do you offer rush production for custom leather items?
Yes, we offer a priority production upgrade at checkout for an additional fee. This expedites the manufacturing process, cutting the production time down to 10 to 14 days but as we will dispatch it via fast shipping, you may face import charges or custom fees
Will I see photos of my custom jacket before it ships?
Yes, for all fully custom orders, our quality control team will email you high-resolution photos of the finished jacket or waistcoat for your final approval before we box it up and ship it.

If you catch the error within the first 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we can update your file before the leather is cut. If production has already begun, we may need to charge a small recutting fee to adjust the panels.
