4. Find your size: Match your body measurements to the “Suitable for” rows. If your chest and waist fall in different sizes, choose the larger size.
5. Protectors: Sizes are designed to be worn with the removable Level 2 protectors fitted, keeping them in position over your shoulders, elbows and back. Without them, the shirt will feel slightly roomier.
