HOW TO MEASURE
1. Measuring tape: Use a soft cloth measuring tape. Keep it level, snug but not tight.
2. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpits and across the shoulder blades.
3. Waist: Measure around your natural waist, at the level of your navel, while standing relaxed.
4. Find your size: Match your body measurements to the “Suitable for” rows. If your chest and waist fall in different sizes, choose the larger size.
5. Between two sizes: Choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for room to layer.
Note: Measure your chest and waist, then compare them with the suitable measurements in the chart. If your waist measurement falls into a larger size than your chest, choose the size that accommodates your waist, and vice versa.
